London Rent Survey Launch

Join us for the launch of the Unipol/HEPI London Rent Survey Report, where we unveil the findings  on the London PBSA market. An addendum to the Accommodation Costs Survey series, this landmark report explores key trends in the capital's PBSA market - focusing on affordability, availability, and the impacts of these on the London HE sector. With contributions from Unipol, Higher Education Policy Institute (HEPI) and other sector experts, the survey examines the challenges and opportunities in providing a home for London’s student population.

Attendees will hear from a panel of expert stakeholders, who will share their thoughts on the surveys findings and take questions from the floor.

This event is essential for university leaders, PBSA providers, policymakers anyone with an interest in the future of student housing in one of the world’s most populous student Cities.
