TENANCY TAKEOVER!
I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy in Triumph House Nottingham as soon as possible. I have an Ensuite Serviced Apartment Platinum.
The tenancy length is 20/09/24 - 12/09/25 (358 days total)
The weekly price is £225 but as advance payment has been made I am willing to offer £20 per week discount.
The accommodation is only 5 minutes walk from Jubilee Campus and 10 minutes from university park campus.
The accomodation provides:
- Gym
- bedrooms cleaned
- communal areas cleaned daily
- private bedroom, private bathroom
- Personal fridge and cooking equipment
- Bedding and towels provided and laundered
