Hey! I am looking for a Leeds Beckett student to take over my tenancy at Marsden House from January 2025 as due to personal reasons I will be moving back home. The accommodation is central so public transport is accessible. Leeds Beckett University is around a 20-minute walk from Marsden House as the accommodation is within Leeds City Centre. This accommodation is on the 13th Floor, so the views are amazing!

Rent: £186.13 per week, bills included
Rent payments: 10th January 2025 (£2401.08) and 2nd May 2025 (£2401.08)
Accommodation: This specific accommodation/room is an all-female flat
Flatmates: There are 3 friendly girls living within this accommodation who are extremely respectful and kind, especially after certain times. They are also very clean and tidy so someone similar would be ideal.
