Hi everyone! I’m looking for a Leeds Beckett student to take over my tenancy at Marsden House, ideally by December/January, as I’ll be relocating due to family reasons. This is a fantastic, fully furnished room in a lively and social residence with an amazing location and easy access to public transport.

Key details:

Rent: £186.13 per week, bills included
Next payment: Due January 10th, so the sooner we can arrange this, the better!
Flatmates: You’ll be living with three lovely people - one girl and two boys

Marsden house offers:
Free gym and entertainment rooms
TV in the kitchen, a courtyard and cycle storage
