Room available: Carnegie Village, Cluster Flats (LBU Student Only)

Cluster Flat room available at Carnegie Village, Headingley Campus, Leeds Beckett University.

January-June 15th tenancy takeover.
£213.15 per week.
Long double bed with ensuite, 16 square meter room.
Internet, water, electric and insurance included.
Plenty of storage in the room: wardrobe, under bed storage and shelving space next to the wardrobe, alongside a full room length desk with drawers and shelving space above the desk.
12 person flat, but currently only 9 (6 Girls, 3 Boys) occupying the flat, sharing a kitchen and living space. Even mix of both night owls and early birds in the flat.

ON CAMPUS:
Pay as you go laundry available in the building, 24 hour reception and security also available.
Gym, available on campus for an extra fee.
Flat is Headingley Campus, 3 minute walk to James Graham building and sports buildings on campus.
