MIURA (prestige student living)- Tenancy Takeover

Hi my name is Mackenzie, I am currently staying at a classic studio in Miura Prestige Student Living but for several reasons I need to terminate my tenancy agreement. In order to do so, I need to find a replacement student to take over my tenancy here.
Miura is a high quality student accommodation close to all the city amenities and both Nottingham Trent and university of Nottingham.
The studio is well presented with great storage space, ensuite and kitchen/dining facilities, patio area and secure building (including a gym).
The rent is £204 per week (including all bills).
The tenancy is until the 6th of September 2025.
The address of the property is Muira, 33 curzon street, NG3 1BE
A guarantor is required.
