Looking for someone to take over my tenancy
I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at 33 Moorland Avenue, Woodhouse, LS61AP.
Located next to lovely Hyde Park this house is equipped with two showers, two toilets and a modern kitchen. It is also conveniently located close to the University of Leeds and near some of your well known food retailers.
it is £562.71 a month and the next payment to come out is on the 1st of December.
This price also includes all the bills.
