3 Replacement Housemates Needed (UON)
Hi, we are 3 female students at the University of Nottingham looking for 3 other girls to fill 3 spare bedrooms in our house for the next academic year due to our housemates leaving for study abroad next year. We are located in Beeston about a 15 minute walk from campus. 4 beds upstairs, 2 downstairs. Good sized kitchen, two bathrooms, one on each floor. Rent is currently £2867.88 a month all together, which would be £477.98 each if all six bedrooms were filled, bills not included. We have two fridge-freezers, kettle, microwave, toaster, TV, and washer and combi dryer. Large-ish back yard (no upkeep required) with a shed. Double glazed windows. Very close to tram stop to get in to Nottingham city centre and about a 7 minute walk from Tesco, also very walkable distance to Sainsbury's and Lidl, and a 3 minute walk to Beeston high street. Looking for chill, responsible and clean housemates. We will be third years so not returning after next year, and we would like our housemates to be returners. Images are old but the structure of the house is the same.
