Classic room at the plaza with an en suite (clay pit lane, LS2 8AR).

5-minute walk from Leeds Beckett city campus in a very central location Close to the Merrion centre and first direct arena. 10-minute walk from Trinity shopping centre.

Due to a change in circumstance, I am having to leave my accommodation and am looking for someone to replace me.
Flat with a 3/4 bed, bed-side table, wardrobe, large desk, comfy desk chair, drawers, shelving, large mirror and under the bed storage and an ensuite. 6th floor flat Shared with 4 other girls, shared kitchen with two sofas two coffee tables and 5 barstool chairs. The building includes a laundry room alongside a gym as well as a study space and large common area with pool tables and a cinema room also includes two accessible lifts and 24/7 reception.

Price per week- £184.00 p/w
