URGENT ROOM TENANCY TAKEOVER IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE LS1 3AF

I am moving back to my hometown because of personal reasons so I am posting this notice for any potential house hunters.

I live in Flat 4, Alexander Court, Alexander Street LS1 3AF.

The flat has 5 bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms alongside a shared kitchen/dining area.

Washing machine/dryer is included in this flat

Rent is around £600 per month which is amazing for the location.

Location of the accommodation:
- 10 minute walk to Leeds Train Station
- 10 minute walk to City Centre (Trinity, Victoria, Merrion centre and more)
- 15/20 minute walk to University of Leeds campus
- Just behind Great George Street which has several restaurants and clubs (Pop world and Revolution)
