Urgent tenancy takeover- 1st term pre-paid, 3 bedroom house.

We are looking for a tenancy takeover for our 3 bedroom house on Delph Lane in
Woodhouse, near Hyde Park.
The contract is until 01/07/25, £177 per week, however the first Term is pre-paid by me.
It is a 10 minute walk to the University of Leeds, and less than 20 to Beckett. It is also a 20 minutes walk to Headingly. There are bus stops in either direction a couple minutes down the road. There are many shops nearby the house, with a Morrisons Daily, Premier and One-stop around the corner less than a minute away. There are also many pubs nearby, including a Wetherspoons and Hyde Park Corner.
There are currently 2 girls living in the house, studying at the university of Leeds, one nursing student, one English student.
