URGENT- new tenant in our 3 bed house, FIRST HALF OF TERM ALREADY PAYED.

We’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy for a room in our 3 bed house in woodhouse, the first half of this term is already payed. The room available is a large double bed room with an en-suite and tv already in the room. The house also has a lovely kitchen, and living room with a large TV, and a downstairs bathroom. There are 2 other girls living in the house who are currently studying at the University of Leeds. The house is a 10 minute walk to the university of leeds and 20 to beckett, and a couple minutes from a bus stop taking you into town. It is also less than a 20 minute walk into Headingley, but there are also busses at nearby bus stops heading in that direction too. Any further questions contact me edelaney028@gmail.com.
