URGENT Replacement Tenant Needed- Beeston

Hi!
I am looking for a replacement tenant for a room in Flewitt House (The Annex), Beeston for this academic year. The rent is £155 per week with all bills included (!!!) for 48 weeks. The flat is shared with 4 other people and has a spacious kitchen with laundry facilities, dishwasher, tv and the usual appliances and the bedroom is en-suite. The flat is also only a 10 minute walk from University Park campus and is very close to a tram stop. If you are interested or know anyone who might be then please message me asap!!
