URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER

NG7 1LB, Lenton, Nottingham
Paid for until January 15th

£137 per week, bills not included

I’ve decided to drop out of university so looking for a takeover. It’s a 6 person house, all in second year.
The house is well situated, being a 15 minute walk to Jubilee campus and a 20 minute walk to University Park, with a bus stop near also.

They are friendly housemates, happy to have a chill night in or enjoy a big night out, who are just looking for someone respectful and clean to join them. Please message to discuss further!
