Seeking urgent tenancy takeover in Arena area Leeds near Leeds uni and Leeds Beckett (with cash back)
We have a tenancy for a single room, en suite (small double bed) in White Rose View Merrion Way (Unite student properties) available asap.
We are prepared to offer half of the first term's rent as a cashback to the student who takes over the tenancy. (£1800)

Many facilities in the building - gym/laundry/cinema room and other shared and bookable places.
Stayed there happily last year. Reason for tenancy transfer is not continuing on to university in Sept.
