URGENT TENANCEY TAKEOVER HYDE PARK

Room available at 27 Norwood Road, Hyde Park, LS61DZ. Shared student house with 6 girls and 1 boy. House has been newly renovated this year, so the kitchen and living spaces are very modern and all rooms have been fitted with TVs.

Start date : Immediately

£138 per week, Bills included.
Duration of contract: immediately - 30/06/2025.

Location: 15 minute walk away from the University of Leeds. Close to lots of popular student spots, such as Hyde Park Book Club, Wetherspoons and lots of lovely independent cafes.
Room Includes: double bed, mattress, desk & chair, large wardrobe, TV, window
Facilities: Spacious shared kitchen space modern design, 3 shared bathrooms in house, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, 2 ovens and 2 hobs, TV in living area

Clean girly house (see images attached) with lovely friendly tenants who love a night in as well as a night out.
