Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace me at my accommodation.


Arena Village, Campus Living Villages, Jacob St, Leeds LS2 8BR

2nd floor flat sharing with 5 other people, shared kitchen

5-10 min walk from the city campus at Leeds Beckett


Includes: large desk with chair, set or drawers, wardrobe, 3/4 bed, en-suite bathroom, shelf space.

Doesn't include: bedding, toiletries, decorations and accessories e.g posters or a rug, lamp, kitchen accessories such as pans, plates or cutlery.


Rent period is 44 weeks, ending 12th July 2025

£8371.44 in total, £190.26 a week
Paid in three instalments: £3348.58 on 11th October, £2511.43 on 10th January, £2511.43 on 2nd May
