TENANCY TAKEOVER - GOLDSMITH COURT

URGENT 🚨

Hi,
I’m looking for someone to takeover my accommodation in Nottingham City Center ASAP OR swap with me for a room at Brackenhurst campus

ACCOMMODATION:
Goldsmith Court, Yugo
Room: Block 1, Floor 5, Classic En-suite, Private room and bathroom, Shared kitchen

PRICE:
£175 per week for 46 week contract, this is MUCH cheaper than booking a room directly on their website now (£189 p/w)

Deposit is paid.

DISTANCE:
NTU- ON CAMPUS. Newton building can be seen from the bedroom window
CITY- 2 minute walk to a tram and bus stop.


Please message me if your interested. Really need to find someone for this room as i am moving to another campus.
