Urgent Student Takeover: Central Village, University of Leeds

Hi, I'm looking for someone to replace me as a tenant in Central Village, located on Woodhouse Lane, at the edge of the Leeds University campus.
Due to restrictions on the contract, you must be a University of Leeds student who is not already in a contract with the university in order to become a tenant here.
The room is a lockable enuite on the 10th floor, and comes with a 4 ft double bed, large wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, spacious desk and chair with a set of drawers, shelves and under-bed storage.
The flat is shared with 5 other people, and the shared kitchen has a kettle, microwave, electric oven with 4 hobs, 2 fridges and plenty of cupboard space. There is also a coffee table, 2 sofas and a TV in this area, and a large window with a nice view of the surrounding area.
