Lovely room to rent in 5 bed Headingley houseshare!

Lovely, homely room to rent in 5 bedroom house share in prime Headingley location.

I am looking for someone (preferably female) to take over my tenancy ASAP.

Tenancy contract start and end date:
1st July 2024 - 30th June 2025 (52 weeks)

Spread across two floors (basement and ground) this is a great choice for a student looking for a new home!

Housemates are in their second year at university (three girls and one boy, ages 19-21) and super warm and friendly. Love movie and games nights as well as chatting and eating meals together in the living room. Love shopping and cute coffee shop dates! Everyone is really respectful and keeps the property well cleaned and tidy.

Gorgeous kitchen with appliances in great condition. Two fridge freezers.

BRAND NEW carpets and mattresses for September 2024 so the house is in really good condition.

The bedroom has a double wardrobe, LOADS of storage space and a big desk facing the window. It’s light, airy and very well maintained.

Both bathrooms are spacious and situated on the ground floor (the same as the bedroom) and have bath-showers and in great condition.

Utility bills are £24 each a week and provided through Unihomes.
Rent for the property is £95pppw totalling at £119 a week.

The landlords are really nice and deal with any queries or complaints swiftly.
