Large Student accommodation – RENT FREE TILL XMAS - Then £132 P/W
Located in the popular student area of Hyde Park this accommodation is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from the main university campuses of Leeds Becket and University of Leeds.
The room itself is on the top floor of a renovated 6 bedroomed terraced property. Measuring 10’2” x 13’ (into alcove) this is the largest and brightest room in the property. The room is lockable and is furnished with a 4’6” double bed, wall mounted colour TV, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, wardrobe with hanging and shelf space and a spacious desk with chair. It has a large, full width window with a blind and radiator underneath. There is a w/c and shower room on the top floor and one on the first floor. All tenants also have use of a shared lounge and kitchen on the ground floor.
I rented this room through Student Cribs, which is a reputable, national student accommodation provider with several properties in the Leeds area. After dropping out of university I am now looking for someone to take over the tenancy which runs until 30th June next year. I have already paid the rent up until the Christmas break so there will be no further rent payments until January next year. There is also a share of gas and electricity bills to pay along with the other tenants.
