Tenancy takeover

Hello,
My name is Chaitanya. I'm a student at the University of York. I am staying in Oxley residence, Leeds and for several varied reasons, I need to terminate my tenancy agreement and move out of the residence. In order to terminate my tenancy agreement, the management of Oxley residence has asked me to find a replacement student to take over my tenancy here.

if you are a student who would be in need of accommodation and be willing to take over my tenancy in Oxley residence. I request you to kindly let me know.

Here are the necessary details of the room:
The room number is 4.02, located in Oxley Hall, Weetwood lane, Leeds, LS16 8HL.
The room is furnished and for single occupancy, the kitchen and bathroom areas are to be shared among residents. The rent is £98 per week (including all bills). A deposit of £250 is required. The tenancy is till September, 2025.
A guarantor(UK /international based) is required. A free gym, games room, living room and study room is available in the residence.
If you do come across any students who would require accommodation, kindly let them know of the room being available for them to take over.
