Grayson Heights, £98pw all inclusive, move in anytime

I am looking to move out of my flat at Grayson heights. The other tenants are all masters students. The flat is currently at 4/5 occupancy (me included).

The rent is £98pw and includes all bills and contents insurance, this is a 'standard' sized room as per the unipol website listing for Grayson heights.

100mbps internet is also included, storage both in the room and the kitchen is abundant. There is a separate fridge and freezer, both around 5-6ft tall.

This contract runs until 30th August 2025.

It is Room 1 and situated on the top floor (there are two lifts).
