Double room to rent in shared house

I am looking for somebody to take my tenancy over, it finishes on 31st August 2025 and the rent is just under £600 per month including bills. The house is very close to Headingly and my flat mates are great and friendly and are studying at Leeds Beckett. We have parking and a garden and the house is on a lovely street close to amenities.
