Student Lodge TENANCY TAKEOVER

Hello I wanted to know if anyone is looking to have their own studio. You would be taking over my current tenancy in Student Lodge the new building Adam & Burton House Urb6 Player Street NG7 5NU. All bills are included.
If you are interested in this and would like a viewing please do get in contact.

NTU is a short 10-15 minute ride on transport
UoN is a 20-25 minute ride on transport

Grocery Shopping
Aldi: Directly across the street for daily essentials.
Asda: A 10-minute walk for weekly groceries.
Specialty Stores: Nearby Asian, Chinese, African and Caribbean, Indian, Middle Eastern, and European grocery stores.

Personal Health
The on-site gym is located just next door in URB10.
24-7 The Gym Group opposite with student discounts

Nightlife & Entertainment
The Lace Market: Bars, clubs, live music in a historic quarter.
Hockley: Nottingham’s creative quarter with bars, pubs, and cocktail lounges.
Broad Street: Popular among students and young professionals for its bars, clubs, and restaurants.
Live Entertainment: Rock City and the Motorpoint Arena for music and shows.
