I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Curzon House, Nottingham for the 2026/27 academic year.

Rent cost: £125 per week

Available from: 12 September 2026
Student accommodation

The room has its own private ensuite bathroom, with a shared kitchen and living area.

The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from Nottingham city centre and Nottingham Trent University campus, and is surrounded by plenty of public transport links.
