Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Mezzino [Burkey Road] in Leeds for the 2026/27 academic year.

🗓️ Tenancy: [Available Now] – [September 2027]
💷 Rent: £140 per week
💡 Bills: [ALL UTILITY BILLS INCLUDED]
Fortnightly kitchen clean provided by Mezzino
🛏️ Room: [Gold en-suite]
🏠 Flat: [Female only flat]

The accommodation has [GYM / COMMON ROOM / STUDY AREAS / LAUNDRY / OTHER FACILITIES]. It’s also [ a 16 minute walk] from the University of Leeds, and a [21 minute walk] from Leeds Beckett University, and [18 minutes] from Leeds city centre l.

I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy.
