University of Leeds private studio – Tenancy Takeover

Hi! I'm looking for a student (or student couple) to take over my Silver Studio at iQ Leeds. I have been offered university accommodation, so I no longer need the studio.

✨ It’s a modern private studio with excellent facilities and a convenient location close to the University of Leeds:

🛏️ Private Silver Studio

🚿 Private en-suite bathroom

🍳 Private kitchenette
📚 Study area + storage space

📶 Wi-Fi included

⚡ All bills included

🏢 Access to on-site student facilities

💷 £249/week | 📅 12 September 2026 – 4 September 2027 🎓

Suitable for undergraduate and postgraduate students 👫 can also be suitable for couples (subject to accommodation policy)

📍 Location: iQ Leeds, Cross Chancellor Street, Leeds LS6 2TL

✅ I have not moved in, collected the keys, or occupied the room.
