University of Leeds student looking for someone to take over my Central Village accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year.

📅 Contract: 12 September 2026 to 10 July 2027 (43 weeks)

💷 Original Rent: £8,766

🎉 Special Offer: I have already paid £2,000, which I am happy to cover. You will only need to pay the remaining £6,766.

💰 Effective Rent: Approximately £157.35 per week (after the £2,000 discount)
