TENANCY TAKEOVER
We're looking for a replacement tenant for second year housing!
Currently a group of 4 NTU lads.
The address is 5 Walter St, Nottingham NG7 4GD (less than a 10 minute walk to Newton and into the city centre).
£163 a week with all bills included.
52 week contract starting 1st September 2025 and finishing on 31st August 2026.
5 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms with 2WCS and 2 showers.
5 double bedrooms.
