Room available in an 8 bed house Hyde Park♡
We are looking for 1 person to fill an 8 bed house at Welton Road, Hyde Park. It is £149 a week incl bills, £1690 every time student finance comes out, so 3 times a year. The tenancy is for 1 year starting from 1st July! The house is modern and in very good condition! Ideal for students as it is a 15 minute walk from Uni of Leeds campus. Pictures can be available from request!
We are a mixed group of 7 all in our first years studying at the University of Leeds. We are all tidy, clean, and are down to go out! We aren't looking for anyone specific, drop me a call or message if interested, 07864825214!

Deposit would be £250 for the property
