TENANCY TAKEOVER – MONTAGUE BURTON, LEEDS

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a student who may be interested in taking over my University of Leeds accommodation contract at Montague Burton Residences.

📍 Montague Burton – Block N
🛏️ Standard 1 room
📅 12 September 2026 – 26 June 2027
💷 £6,733.02 total / approx. £164.22 per week
🍳 Self-catered

The room has not been occupied and the keys have not been collected.

The rent includes utilities, internet, Edge Premium Sports Membership, Residence Life Social Committee and basic contents insurance.

I am looking for someone who would be interested in taking over the tenancy, subject to approval by the University of Leeds Accommodation Office.
