Tenancy Takeover Hyde Park
I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy contract as soon as possible for Mayville Avenue, Leeds, LS6 1NQ for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The house is next to a Co-op, many students live around the area, 20 minute walk to Headingley, and a 20 minute walk to the university of leeds. The walk to the university is quite straightforward with a Sainsbury's on the way if you're too lazy to go to Co-op after school.
🏢 Room Type: Ground floor bedroom next to kitchen and living room with big windows and a view on the street
💰 Rent: £475 (Rent) + 134.66 (Bills) per month
📅 Tenancy Period: until June 30th, 2027 (start when you can, after September)
