TENANCY TAKEOVER *Right next to uni park campus*

Hiya, I'm offering a takeover opportunity for an en-suite studio at Broadgate Park. I stayed there for my first year and decided to rebook but I've since decided that I wanted to live closer to the city than the campus.

What's the room like?
Single bed
