Looking for somebody to takeover my tenancy asap until Summer 2025.

Location: The Laurels, Turnpike Ln, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2RX

Broadgate Park

Rent: £195 per week with bills included

Room Type: Spacious and modern Ensuite Single Room (end of flat, nice and quiet)

Large, modern kitchen shared between 6 people with lots of storage space.

5 minute walk to University Park.
