Tenancy takeover available Broadgate park
Looking for one (or two) new tenants to takeover mine and my boyfriends licences for a twin en suite studio room in Broadgate park.
Ideal for couples or friends.
- 44wks licence date (18th September 2026-23rd July 2027)
- ONE PERSON : £325 per week or £14,300 per year
- TWO PERSON : £162.5 per week or £7,150 per year each
- two single beds, two person desk space, private en-suite and a private kitchenette.
More details can be provided if necessary but most are available on the Broadgate Park accommodation website.
