URGENT tenancy takeover at Terry Frost Building!

Deposit and first months rent already paid. :)
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at the Terry Frost Building LS7 1EH - due to plans changing and no longer planning to live away! I’ve not yet moved in, just trying to pass on the tenancy before move in date!
It is a classic en-suite and the rental period is from 05/09/26 to 10/07/27.
Please DM for further info! As I will have to pass on to prestige student living.
Rent is £743.60 pm. ( bills and utilities included!)
About a 20 minute walk to town centre + 10 minute walk to Leeds Conservatoire
