URGENT tenancy takeover!!

42 Sherwin Road

Hey! I’m looking for a replacement for my 2nd year, 4 bedroom uni house in Lenton, Nottingham. I have had to move out due to unforeseen circumstances, which is why this is so late!! So looking for my replacement xx

The rent is £135ppw including bills, for the upstairs room. I have copied a YouTube video tour of the house.

August is already paid for, so rent would start in September (£514.66 a month).

2 girls and 1 guy will be occupying the rest of the rooms. We all lived together in the first year, so I know firsthand that they are lovely and considerate people to live with!! They enjoy doing things together as a house but will also equally respect if you don’t want to be apart of that!

The deposit is £250 and the house is yours until 31st July 2026.

It’s like a 5/10 min walk from the bus/tram to get to either NTU or UON, and around a 25 min walk to either the city centre or UON campus. It is near Lenton Boulevard, so easy access to takeaway and stores (Tesco and Lidl are like 10 min walk away).
