Tenancy Takeover, £400 off, 2 Rooms within same flat at SPC, Refurbished for 25/26

Hi!

Still trying to find replacement tenants for two rooms at SPC. The rooms are at £165pw for 44weeks (Incl £400 cashback and not incl deposit) starting Sep 19th. They're brand new rooms, refurbished for next year and completely unlived in!

Ideally we're looking for two people, friends/couple/whatever who want to live in the same flat. However not necessarily!

For transferring the tenancy, we'll forward your info directly to SPC and they'll reach out to you.
