Broadgate Park is ideally located next to the **West Entrance of University Park Campus** and within easy walking distance of Beeston town centre, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and transport links.

### Official tenancy takeover

This would be completed as an **official replacement student / contract takeover through Broadgate Park**, subject to their approval. It is not a private sublet.

The **£500 cashback will be paid to the replacement tenant following successful completion of the official takeover.**
