Still looking for student accommodation in Leeds?

There is an opportunity to rent this beautiful studio (1 bedroom) apartment next to Leeds city centre and Uni of Leeds campus as I’m moving away for placement and require someone to take over from me. The agency is with YPP who run the property and handle queries and maintenance with ease.

All bills are included in the rental price and the flat has its own double bed, en-suite, sofa, TV, fully fitted kitchen, washer-dryer and desk. On street parking is available outside. Flat is currently vacant and available within a week subject to safety checks which take only 3 working days!

Rent: £1009 per month
Contract: Now - 30th June 2026

Requirement: STUDENT OR STUDENT COUPLE ONLY. Guarantor/reference is preferred (to qualify for quarterly payments) but not essential (otherwise monthly payments will be required).
