URGENT** TENANCY TAKEOVER!
Hello!
I am looking for one female student to takeover my tenancy in my student house. Unfortunately due to personal issues, i’ve decided to leave University. So i need someone to takeover ASAP.
It is a lovely double room with a study set up, is it the first room on the first floor, a spacious shared bathroom on the same floor.
The living room is beautiful with a TV already provided, large and spacious.
The kitchen is newly decorated, spacious and comfortable. Comes with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave & fridge space.
This is an all female house with 7 lovely girls who i know personally, can confirm that they are all hard-working, respectful and peaceful. A lovely landlord too, one of the best landlords in Leeds.
The contract is from late Sept/October and ends on the 30th June, 2026. Looking for a female student to takeover as soon as possible.
Rent is £115 per week plus bills.
Location - 6 Woodland Park Road, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 2AZ. The property is found in a quiet convenient leafy spot just in between Hyde Park and the popular Headingley centre.
You should provide a guarantor, the bills are approx £20 per person per week with UNIHOMES. Bond forwarded to tenancy deposit scheme.
