Room Available
Looking for one more person to complete our house of four.
Details on house:
-1 year contract starting September 1st 2025 til August 31st 2026
-£110 per week without bills (roughly £18-£25 more with bills) totals to £5,720.26 across the year excluding bills
-Located in Wollaton near Lambourne Drive Co-Op, easy access to Wollaton park. (Great for any Park Runners)
-30 minute walk or 18 minute cycle from university park campus (roughly) and 15 minute walk from Jubilee (easy access to hopper buses)
-3 buses nearby granting easy access to town (numbers 2, 30 and L2 localLink all within a 1 minute walk from the house and lead straight to Victoria shopping centre without any changes)
-Access to local Co-Op and 3 Lidl’s either by a short bus trip or a short walk/cycle.
-Detached house, spacious living areas, double beds, quiet residential area
-Upstairs Bathroom/Shower combo and downstairs toilet
-Washing Machine and Dryer
-Drive way for car parking
-Fibre WiFi access.
-Spare room (small) but can serve as additional storage space or as a temporary area for someone to stay the night (no bed in the room though)
-Each room has its own lock
(Room 4 on the floor layout is the room being advertised)


Some brief details on the current housemates:
-2 Guys 1 Girl (friends since first year accommodation, two of us going into 3rd year now)
- Varieties of interests such as music, reading, gaming, films and tv, running, climbing, hiking etc
-Varieties of courses: Chemistry, Aerospace Engineering, Sociology.
-Chilled people, all on the more introverted side, don’t party, smoke, use drugs or consume alcohol in large quantities. We like to come together and joke around and just generally chill or talk about our interests.
-Enjoy watching movies together, or going out to explore Nottingham.
-Hoping to make friends with whom ever joins us.

Our Expectations for a new housemate:
-Relaxed individual, friendly and easy-going
-Doesn’t smoke/vape or use drugs
-Reliable and considerate
-Helps keep shared spaces tidy (doesn’t need to be spotless, just clean up after yourself and pitch in with house cleaning)
-Good communication, just generally to make sure everyone is informed of what’s going on, friends or family coming over etc.
-No criminal record
-No running a Business out of the house.

We’re more than happy to discuss any further details or questions with interested parties.
Before moving forwards with the signing process we hope to have an initial video call with everyone so we can introduce ourselves and discuss any other details etc. Additionally, we’d love to have the opportunity to have interested parties visit and see the house before signing if both parties decide to move forwards after the initial video call.
