Tenancy Takeover, Radford Bridge Road £105pw

Hi!
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for next academic year (25/26) in a 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, all female house in Wollaton.

- New tenant must be female at request of current tenants
- Rent is £105 per week, bills NOT included
- The current tenants are with split the bills costing £126 per month for unlimited utilities
- Rent and Bills combined totals to £134 per week
- 10 minute walk to Jubilee Campus
- 30 minute walk to QMC
- Close to 903 hopper bus stop for easy access to University Park Campus
- 5 minute walk to Lidl
- 10 minute walk to Co-op and Spar
- Easy access to the City Centre via the 28 bus
- Currently an agreement in place for one cat who will no longer be present, new tenant is likely to be allowed one cat
