URGENT ST PETER’s COURT EN-SUITE AVAILABLE

- I have a classic ensuite room at St Peters Court halls in Nottingham Uni available for the Sept 2025 - July 2026 academic year.
- I am looking for someone to take over my contract as my circumstances have changed and I will no longer require the accommodation.

- 44 weeks (19/09/2025 – 23/07/2026)📆
- £170 per week (£7,480.00 a year) ✅
- classic en-suite, small double bed 🛏️

- Anyone interested MUST NOT already be registered with the ‘Now Students’ landlords who manage the halls. ❌
—> The reason being is that they will not release me from the contract if the new tenant is already known to them, must be someone new and must be introduced by myself
