Tenant Needed in Hyde Park Leeds ASAP

Hi there,
I am looking for a girl to share a house with me in Hyde Park as my previous housemate is moving universities.
It is a large double room located only 10 mins away from University of Leeds and near the Burley area.
It is £155 per week including bills; however, the first instalment has already been paid for.
The contract starts on 4th July 2025 and ends on 30th June 2026. The option to start from September is also there.
