Room available for 1st semester. En-suite in St. Marks, close to University of Leeds !!!

Hi! I’m an exchange student looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 13th September to 17th January.

Residence: St. Marks
Room type: En-suite
Contract duration: 13/09/2025 to 17/01/2026
Price for the entire duration: £3,454
Room is self catered, and includes bills like water, gas and electricity, internet and Edge premium sports membership.

The university requires me to find a replacement student - so if you're still looking for a place feel free to message me! Also please share this with anyone who might be interested.

Hi, I am a graduating postgraduate student of Uni of Leeds. I don't know if I am allowed to take over your room, but I am interested and probably can take over.
Also one more thing, the price is too high for me, and the contract start time is quite late, which means I will need to find somewhere else to stay for two weeks before move in. I would like to ask for a lower price ￡3100, which minus two-week rent.
