Housemate for Hyde Park House, From September ~130£ pppw

Looking for a 6th flatmate!! Lovely house with 10 month tenancy in Hyde Park starting September 1st, due to renovations, so you don’t have to pay summer rent! Currently 3 boys and 2 girls, so anyone is welcome. 6 bed and 2 bathrooms (one boys and one girls) including one en-suite. Rent is £130 a week excluding bills, total is a lot cheaper than most houses due to a shorter contract!

Within 5 minutes of Burley station and Co-Op, and only 20 minutes to Uni of Leeds! Kirkstall Aldi and Asda are also only a 15 min walk away! Housemates all a sociable group and happy to go for a coffee to get to know our new housemate!
