URGENT! - ROOM NEEDS TO BE TAKEN (NOTTINGHAM BROADGATE PARK)

Hello all! I have a single room to let, with access to a shared kitchen and 2 shared bathrooms in the property, and the cost is £155 a week. It is shared with up to 4 other students (male or female). The facilities are excellent with free and fast Wifi, 24/7 Student Support and frequent student events taking place with ResEx. It is also right outside the West Entrance of University Park campus, and within close walking distance of many shops and supermarkets. Additionally, since you'd be saving me a lot of trouble by taking this room, I will pay you £400 as a thank you. I am attaching a photo of the type of room it is, but if you want to know more about the room specifically, please get in touch.
