Morris House - Tenancy takeover
I'm looking for a student to take over my room at Morriss House as I'm transferring university.
Included:
Ensuite Medium Standard Double
Private en-suite bathroom
Shared kitchen
Double bed
Morriss House, Lenton, Nottingham
£169 per week
44-week undergraduate tenancy
£7,436 total for 44 weeks but i've paid a £250
deposit already.
Right next to the University of Nottingham's Jubilee Campus, with communal spaces including a games room, study rooms and social areas.
The room is available for the 2026/27 academic year and the tenancy transfer would be handled officially through Unite Students.
